We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for creating innovative business solutions leveraging appropriate and emerging technologies. Ideally candidates should have:

  1. Working Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Pharma or FMCG domain
  2. Working Knowledge of Marketing with application experience in Pharma business context
  3. Basic Knowledge of Sales Force Systems e.g. CRM, CLM, DSS and KOL Solutions and SFE concepts like Sales Force Analytics, Sales Force Alignment, Sales Force Productivity and Incentives management etc
  4. Excellent knowledge of latest technology trends like Digital, Digital Marketing and Analytics with application experience in Pharma business context
  5. Capability to lead business process improvement engagements and driving management of change and ensuring realization of benefits.


Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:

  1. Business Requirements analysis for Sales and Marketing projects and documentation for IT enablement with focus on regular reporting and analytics
  2. Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Business Benefit Realization of Sales Force system for tangible business impact
  3. Applying latest technology trends like Digital, Digital Marketing and Analytics in Solutioning
  4. Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners
  5. Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value
  6. Ensure Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Benefit Realization to add Business Value


Operating Network:

Internal: Head IT, Russia, Head IT & BPE Emerging Markets, IT BPE team at Russia, Emerging Markets IT & BPE CoE Team at Hyderabad, Corporate IT (SAP, Basis, Portal teams), Russia Business Stakeholders and Users

External: SAP Partners at Russia and India

Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing, SFE, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation in Statistics or MBA/Engineer (Sales & Marketing) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution.

Language: Apart from Russian language, Proficiency in English language is MUST to enable coordination with India teams and partners

Experience Required: Around 8-12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with analytic bent of mind
