Purpose of the job:
- To coordinate organization and to conduct Sales Force trainings for Rx BU in order to support Sales Force in achieving maximum results in accordance with company objectives
Key accountabilities:
- Develop systematic T&D program for the Sales Forces of Rx BU;
- Implement approved annual training plan, pre-cycle and cycle training programs according to BU needs, coordinate and schedule all internal and external Sales Force trainings;
- Coordinate initiation, organization and conduct training and development events, incl. identification and information of participants, organization of accommodation, preparation of training facilities, materials etc.;
- Implement and coordinate, where needed, additional development approaches & tools in order to drive Sales Force development;
- Evaluate and select external training providers and trainings (in compliance with internal processes);
- Ensure feedback on regular budget monitoring;
- Provide timely and structured feed-back to respective Sales Managers, Channel Head and T&D Leader on defined training/development approaches;
- Provide field coaching to defined Sales population after agreement and on request of respective Channel Head in support of pre-defined business objectives and needs;
- Provide, collect end evaluate assessments (qualitative and quantitative) for all training/development sessions;
- E-Learning: adapt trainings to e-format; manage system and archive for respective BU population;
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation control, further develop, implement & update training data base.
Education
Experience and knowledge
- Previous Trainer experience in pharma business;
- Mature personality;
Core competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and public speaking skills, coaching skills, good command in English, systems thinking;
- English – Upper-Intermediate.
