Marketing Analyst

Location: Moscow

Requirements:

• Higher education (Finance/Economics);
• Minimum 3 years of experience of which at minimum 1 years in positions with similar functionality;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, arrays, formulas)
• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) advanced user;
• Experience with QlickView-based business intelligence systems
• Strong understanding of P&L, BS structure, financial modeling and variance analysis techniques;
• SAP or other similar reporting system advanced user. Written and spoken English – advanced;
• Understanding the pharmaceutical retail market

Role Responsibilities:

• Processing and consolidation of the budget for the next fiscal year, the current fiscal year
• Quarterly budget forecasts
• Monthly analysis of the fact of expenses
• Uploading to the CRM system (event planning) of the allocated regional budget for the quarter in the context of brands and zones, uploading the federal budget for the quarter
• Submission of reserves to the finance department for unpaid, but rendered services under acts
• Approval of documents on marketing department events, budget control, availability of approvals of department Heads/BM
• Approval of acts - budget control, BM approval, timely planning and availability in reserves
