Requirements:
We are looking for bright individuals who have passion for creating innovative business solutions leveraging appropriate and emerging digital technologies. Ideally candidates should have:
1. Domain Knowledge & Working Experience:
- Excellent Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, E-commerce domain;
- Exposure of CRM, CLM and KOL processes and solutions will be an added advantage;
- Good understanding and implementation experience of CRM platforms, architecture;
- Understanding of Omni-channnel strategy and tools;
- Partner with commercial excellence teams to support data & analytics requirements for “Sales force Effectiveness”;
- Lead data management (management, governance, architecture) to drive automated reviews, dashboards along with technical team members.
B. Business Process Experience & Digital
- Ability to identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries for Pharma business processes with focus on Sales & Marketing;
- Capability to lead business process improvement engagements using Digital Technologies and allied change management;
- Experience in automating Business processes especially Sales & Marketing processes using traditional and digital technologies like Mobility – Mobile Apps / Social Collaboration / Analytics / Cloud Computing / Big Data etc.;

As Business Consultant you will be responsible for automation marketing business processes in the areas of event management, digital assets management and connecting off-line interactions with customers (MRs working in CRM) with online interactions, driven by digital team (Omnichannel)
- Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications for above Digital Initiatives;
- Understand or build together with stakeholder business case behind each initiative;
- Conceptualization & implementation of Business Solutions leveraging CRM, DAM, Omnichannel platforms to meet business requirements;
- Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Benefit Realization;
- Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners;
- Facilitate Change management processes through preparation and conducting respective training sessions;
- Effectively manage transition to support all the deliverables accepted by business stakeholders.
