Financial analyst
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics (ACCA/CPA is advantage);
- Minimum 5 years of experience of which at least 2yrs of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical company;
- Written and spoken English – advanced (as CFO is expat);
- Ability not just to transform the data, but also to analyse it, interpret it, share the own view on it and suggest the further action steps to be taken;
- Strong understanding of various analysis technics for Sales (Price/Volume/Mix impacts, trend analysis, etc.);
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and P&L, BS structure;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy – particularly when under pressure;
- Organized – has clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once and ensure everything gets done in a timely manner;
- Relationship-oriented – able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization;
- Team player – always willing to put the work in, will go above and beyond in order to get the job done;
- Self-motivated – takes initiative and is able to work independently;
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) advanced user;
- SAP or other similar reporting system advanced user (as advantage).
Key responsibilities:
- Full accountability for the data related to Sales of the Company: various analytics on volumes/pricing/mix, price control, budgeting, presentations and other;
- G2N monthly closing and respective analytics, G2N spends control;
- To prepare various reports analytics regarding Accounts receivable and activities related to Receivables management: Credit limits, Factoring, Bank guarantees, etc.;
- To prepare territory-wise P&L to drive productivity improvement initiatives;
- To support in the preparation of annual budget and monthly/quarterly estimates, analysis of variations and interpretation of them;
- To provide advice and recommendations in the following areas: performance actual vs. budget, profitability improvement, etc.;
- To participate in various projects within a Company with full finance support;
- To ensure timely delivery of all required analysis, ensure compliance with all relevant reporting and legislative requirements;
- Other FP&A duties may be assigned.
