HR Facilitator
Responsobilities:
Operational support
- Process Support for HR Life Cycle Processes
- HR Data Management for HRBP’s (Attrition, R&R, PES, Promotion, Progression, Exception Cases tracking, Org Structure consolidation)
Recruitment
- Verification the list of employees for referral program (Active/Resigned)
- Announcements - new people/promotions
Onboarding
- Support with revision and onboarding program roll out (process / materials /tools)
Performance process
Operational support
- Goal Setting pre work (Communications/Translation/Tech support on interface and PES settings)
- Check Ins (Communications / Reminders/ Push emails)
- ASPIRE 360 (Communications /Translation/Tech support/Status tracking/push/ Assistance in reports uploading in PES)
- PES mapping (validation of structures)
- Tracking status and push
- Tech ease tickets creation
- Presentation on PES process for Managers and Employees
Engagement surveys
- Questionnaire working out and structure building
- Communications and other materials preparation support
- Follow up of analysis results and result monitoring
- Tech support on process and tools
Rewarding & Recognition
- Preparation of orders for nominations (annual awards), providing documents to Finance
- Preparation of closing documents for awards
EDUCATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Post-graduation with specialization in Human Resources or Management would be a plus
- Relevant experience in HR at least 2 years
- Good understanding of Dr. Reddy’s org structure and overall system & processes (for internal announcement)
- Tenure in Dr. Reddy’s: 2 year + (for internal announcement)
SKILLS:
- Strong communicator, Highly Energetic with ability to Influence & Persuade others
- English – Upper-Intermediate (verbal/writing)
- Copywriting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
- Ability to work closely with Business Leaders
- Proven aspire behavior role model
