Role: HR Operations Specialist
(temporary contract for 6 months)
Department: HR Department
Responsibilities
- Pre-hire and pre-resignation check;
- HR document workflow;
- SAP data update & check;
- Control of ML & fixed term contracts (ML replacements);
- "Exit interview" file fulfillment;
- Preparation of territory orders;
- JDs control;
- Expertise of disciplinary actions.
Educations & experience
- Post-graduation with specialization in Human Resources would be a plus;
- Relevant experience in HR - at least 2 year.
Skills
- SAP experience (hire, transfer, resignation, ML transactions and reports);
- English – Intermediate;
- Team player;
- Result oriented;
- Accurate and pay attention to details;
- Ability to work in multitasking regime;
- Good communication skills.
